For immigration firms
Your prospective clients work daytime shifts and enquire at night. Their families abroad enquire in a different time zone entirely. WeSet answers in English or Spanish the second the message lands, screens for the case types you actually take, and books the consultation — without ever giving legal advice.

What it asks
The questions a general-purpose bot doesn't know exist.
Which category is this — family, employment, asylum or removal?
Routes the enquiry to the right attorney and filters out the case types you don't take before anyone's time is spent.
Are you currently in removal proceedings?
A yes changes everything about urgency. It escalates to you immediately rather than waiting for a consultation slot.
Do you have a priority date or a USCIS receipt number?
Turns a vague enquiry into a matter you can assess before you walk into the consultation.
Have you worked with another attorney on this?
Existing representation is something you need to know at first contact, not fifteen minutes into a paid consult.

Illustrative, not a customer transcript. It reflects how WeSet is configured for immigration law firms — your wording, your prices and your rules are set during setup.
The line it won't cross
It never gives legal advice. That is a hard constraint, not a preference.
If someone asks whether they qualify, whether they should file, or what their chances are, WeSet says plainly that it is not an attorney and cannot answer that — then books the consultation where you can. Every refusal and every escalation is logged where you can audit it. Unauthorised practice of law is a licensing risk you should never take on from a vendor, so we built the guardrail before we built anything else.
Where your leads land
What we connect it to
Setup is done for you and the connection is built for your practice during onboarding — these aren't off-the-shelf plugins, and we'll tell you on the call what your stack needs.
What you're thinking
Is the Spanish actually good, or is it translated English?
It answers natively in Spanish, in the register people use when they are worried. You will read every conversation from the first week before it ever answers alone — if the Spanish isn't right, you'll see it before a client does.
What happens to a prospective client's information?
It stays in your systems — your calendar, your inbox, your case management. Prospective-client communications are confidential whether or not you take the matter, so we work under a written DPA, encrypt in transit and at rest, and never train models on your conversations.
What if it mishandles someone in detention?
Anything touching detention, a hearing date or a filing deadline stops the conversation and pages you directly with the full transcript. It is deliberately over-cautious on exactly these, because being wrong here is unrecoverable.
